Tonight we are putting up for sale another item from my Grandfathers estate, and what we have here IS A GORGEOUS 1920's CAST IRON GAS PARLOR HEATER, WHICH MEASURES 18 INCHES HIGH X 18 INCHES WIDE..... THIS WAS A VERY HIGH END HEATER, WITH MUCH CHROME AND DETAIL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT FIND ANY MAKERS NAME ON THIS HEATER....... I'VE TOTALLY HAD THIS HEATER REBUILT WITH THE BEST OF EVERYTHING, FROM GETTING THE UPPER AND LOWER CAST IRON PIECES RE-CHROMED......I'VE HAD THE BLACK HEATER TUBES POEDERED COATED IN A HIGH TEMERATURE FLAT BLACK PAINT..(SO THE PAINT WON"T DISCOLOR).........A NEW COPPER GAS LINE WAS RUN ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE HEATER, AND THE MULTI COLORED MARBLES ON THE FRONT OF THE HEATER TUBES WERE REPLACED, AND ACTUALLY LIGHT UP WHEN THE HEATER IS ON...... I don't use the heater as I just display it, but it easily could be used, or would just look fantastic in any Victorian parlor...... Because of the weight of this heater there will be NO SHIPPING ON THIS PIECE, UNLESS THE NEW OWNER WANTS TO ARRANGE SHIPPING WITH U.P.S. or FED EX...or as always this parlor heater can be picked up at my home....
